Leadership and Inspiration
Soon I begin the transition process of interviewing with the members of a church board as they prayerfully consider me as their pastor. In many ways I look forward to the experience. I love to hear what God is doing in the local church and what people are looking for in a pastor. I have a deep passion to continue in pastoral ministry and I am sure God has the right place for Sharron and I to live and serve the Lord.
As I have been in prayer about the upcoming process my mind has drifted to a scene in a movie. It speak well about how to lead and inspire people. I strive to influence others not based upon my own experiences and abilities - but with humility and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
