11 years ago our lives were changed!

Eleven years ago our lives changed!  We had waiting for hours in a visiting area awaiting the birth of our first grandchild. It was a wonderful beginning to an awesome journey of faith as Sharron and I departed a ministry position we loved to relocate back to my home state of North Carolina.   

God opened the door of ministry in Raleigh NC where we spent the last 9 years. We have close friendships developed during that phase of ministry.  We love being only 3 hours away as our family grew. 

Our daughter Stephanie has given birth to 2 more beautiful girls - Breeley and Cammie.  Our daughter Danielle has married and added a step grandchild into our fold and has given birth to our only grandson - Jordan.  The past 2 years we have been less than an hour from family as we relocated to Gastonia, NC. 

Once again Sharron and I find ourselves in God's Waiting Room. We anticipate a relocation in the days ahead. The journey to relocate back to North Carolina began with the birth of Alyse.  It changed our lives forever.  We have never regretted it. 

As I enter the twilight of ministry I am excited about the next steps God had prepared for us.
