If you are in the Raleigh area - you are invited to join us this evening for a final farewell to our dear friend Louann Banks.
Louann was born in Tiffin, Ohio on September 10, 1962. She is survived by her husband Glenn and two sisters; Elaine Smith and Tina Wilkins as well as nieces and nephews. Louann and Glenn were married on October 11, 2011 in Tuscon, Arizona.
Louann graduated from Fostoria High School in 1980 and attended Owens College where she received her degree in Nursing.
She began her nursing career at Fostoria City Hospital and concluded her career as a traveling nurse in the Raleigh area.
Louann loved taking care of her cat "Buckeye"; and was an avid Ohio State Football fan! She was an active member in good standing at North Raleigh Church of the Nazarene. She loved to attend baby showers for young couples of our church. We will miss Louann and know she is in Heaven singing praises to the LORD!
Tonight we pause to remember Louann with laughter and tears. I hope you will take the time to gather in memory of Louann and in support of her husband Glenn.
