Preparing for Worship on Christmas Sunday 2015 at NRN

This Sunday is so special at North Raleigh Church of the Nazarene.  This is the Sunday before Christmas!  We will sing the great songs of Christmas - Light the candles on the Advent Wreath - and prepare for an awesome time of worship.  I am so prepared and excited about this Sunday.  I am praying that many of our faithful people will make every effort to be with us on this Sunday.

I plan to continue in the current Advent Teaching series!  This Sunday there is a 100% Chance of Snow!

Here is the order of worship we have prepared for this Sunday:

We turn our attention to the platform for the lighting of the candles on the Advent Wreath!

“Come now, let’s settle this,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.”       Isaiah 1:18, NLT

Jesus died once for all. Once for all time. Once for all people. Once for all sin. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is the game changer. It settles the matter.

Tomorrow, I will draw from the very first Christmas and show us what a difference it makes when Jesus comes into our lives. We live a life of worship!
