A job applicant helps a Popeye's store manager nab a thief who stole from the restaurant chain. 18-year-old Devin Washington was interviewing for a position at one of its locations when a commotion broke out near the counter according to the manager. The accused robber, Pablo Ciscart, had asked for change when police say he grabbed the cash from the drawer. As Ciscart tried to leave Washington tackled the suspect from behind.
